    well the vr is H1 right? well if you ask me, the BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST money spent is on XENON HID retrofits...you lot spend shed loads on alloys which really dont offer any real benefits (apart from unspung wieght and brake cooling), spend some on getting decent lights http://www.vagparts.com/pages/HID_install.htm HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. (i think the price is £250 or something) Or buy their bulbs...also very good.

    hehe, golf doesnt look like shit , but then i guess it doesnt go as fast as the scimitar ...i like the superseven, theres quite a few driving around borehamwood at the moment...fools...what happens when it rains?

    hmm it wont let me edit my last post :/ think i might have edited it too many times. Anyways, just to let everyone know, the VW garage says that on EKTA the deeper splitter has no part code, but on the GTI it does... dunnow hat to make of it.

    yes ive been on the motorway...to gpc actually to get splitters! no rubbing what so ever. The ride is good. I went over a raised roundabout at 30mph..right over the frigging middle....was jerked about quite a bit. but not hurt like in my mk2 (which had coilies set to hard). as for things to come. Fit front deep spoiler Fit NEW HELLA HID XENONS (only 1 other person in the country has these at the moment, and its on a vr6 ) fit sebring exhaust (had a change of heart on the jetex oval sorry!) (two squarish pipes...classic) 2 things i cant do becuase of time constraints 1. install ice (nooO!)

    i love the way a car less than 5000 can whup a porche (doesnt matter which one were talking about, its the marque that is important)...go tell the dealer, the volkswagen beat the porche .

    so was i a complete idiot for paying 4300 for a vr6 highline with 68K?? you lot have all lost the vr6 grin, put in 2nd then put foot down, in your vr6...that will ensure you keep the car. I dont see why people are calling the vr6 dated and replacing it with more powerful cars that probably wiegh more. All the new cars are new powerful, but their 0-60 and 30-60 and 60-100 are all close to the vr becuase of weights...although i have to admit, the vr6 is a heavy bastard. It uses a retarded amount of petrol too. and i've had it 1.5 weeks....but i wouldnt let it go [ Edited Wed Sep 29 2004, 05:55

    guys here are some pics of my vehicle before and after the springs. When i go over potholes it doesnt hurt too much, in general its very good and i can place the car very nicely, its also just been laser aligned too. THEN Now opinions? [ Edited ]

    jetex oval is what im going to fit, not too noisy, not going for full staintless steel i think its a tad tinny. Very good choice for a vr
