  1. or you can take out the wires and the plug from your original headlamp and swap it over. the whole lot comes out of the lamp in one piece fairly easily from memory..
  2. wouldn't need to on a corrado vr. they are 5 stud too. it could look like this:- mmmmm yes please!! :-d Moderator edit by: SankysVR6
  3. the corrado is better looking than the mk3 golf - i think. BUT if you are gonna have a rado, you must have a vr! i personally don't like g60 sounds at all, but each to their own :S
  4. easy! bonnet, lamps and grille is all that's needed.. looks awesome too!
  5. good luck. could also be a dodgy wire or connection?
  6. and.. they do fail quite often. i sell quite a few through work.
  7. ^^^^^^ that could well be your fault. if the engine speed sensor (crank sensor) is broken the ecu will not know the engine is turning over so therefore will not provide either spark or fuel. a friend of mine had exactly this with his 8v gti, changed crank sensor, fired up 1st time. do you know anyone with a running vr you can borrow the sensor from temporarily to see if that is your problem?
  8. i much prefer the d90's. but at the mo they look like this :- [lightbox=../../e107_files/public/1199917947_594_FT109038_dsc00193.jpg][/lightbox] refurb underway. still not sure what to do with them though? they will be back for sure :-d
  9. of your 3 choices on wheels for me it has got to be new style rs4's for sure... oh and loose the rear mud flaps too?
  10. rear seats will definately fit. door cards will definately not. as said 3 door doors are longer.

  13. the pipes aren't cheap! doesn't sound too bad, but definatley get a couple of quotes first. and DEFINATELY use proper vw pas fluid, aftermarket fluids can damage the seals and cause leaks.
