  2. eh? mine are both elctric and dont have any belt connecting them as far as i know? thats foord crapri styleeeeee with the link belt job!! don't think so :-p will have one powered fan and a little belt to join them together....
  3. the black plastic bit the rad mounts into and the headlamps bolt into.......
  4. as said all vr's had twin fans as std. if you want to put them onto your you will need the front panel too, as they fit into two round recesses in the panel.... and you can find out if yours is 2.8 or 2.9 by looking just under the headgasket on the alt belt end. if it is AAA it is 2.8 , if it is ABV it is 2.9... parts are different you will need to know which you have to get any bits for it..

  6. sorry to see your mishap :-( i have a bonnet and grille if you want them for cheap - they are taking up room in my garage at the mo. bonnet is green, grille is blue....... i'm only in bournemouth too..
  7. which one are you after, the top one or the bottom one? i think they are just early and late spec models, will try to find out for you..
  8. mk2 golf driver - £35!!! mot cost me 50 to get through, drove it round for nearly a year and sold it for £350!!!!! result..

  10. it is NOT the idle stabilisation valve! the isv is connected to it though. it is described as a "damper". not sure what it does - think it alters the airflow into the idle valve as it has some kind of gauze inside it.. click for bigger pic.
