So got the eisenmann back box fitted today. It's a fair bit louder than the miltek in a nice way........I think! Tx Autosport got it fitting quite nicely but it turned out better to butcher the miltek back box for the bend over the axle and then extend the whole box back by about 3 inches including the hangers so it sat right with the US bumper, bit of a mission but I've not seen any other vr6's or golfs with one of these on (in the uk anyway) so I suppose it's worth it! bit of an update for you guys,, ive been busy today sorting a few bits, first of all got new tyres fitted to the zw1s so fitted those along with some 312mm brakes, I think they fill the wheel nicely. and ive tacked my boost pipes together in place ,just waiting for my mate to tig weld them up for me next week.. and refurbed the front panel with welded in boost pipe to shorten the length as much as possible. and did the same with the intake including maf. nearly done ,what do you think?

I think 3 gallons if petrol and a double barrell shotgun should fix all of your problems Pour 3 gallons of petrol over the car stand six foot back and fire the first barrell at the car if it does not ignite turn the gun around and try again lol

The only thing I found with 195/40 16's was tyre choice, I could only find them in Dunlop or continentals, pretty much the 2 most expensive makes! Here's a picture of the stretch on the rears,

Just as an update, I've decided just to put some mesh over the end, will be welding it up later. I've got some stainless steel wire mesh thats 6mm x 6mm. Perfect stuff really. My mom hasn't noticed just yet, but the £20 stainless steel bird feeder is 4.5 inches shorter than before
