  1. Check relay common fault if u have a power probe put ur own feed the pump if I fires up take relay out take top off it hold it to together then see what happens check feeds etc at fuse box
  2. Hub don't rotate stub axle looked ok when it was out
  3. So I'm pretty sure this noise is gearbox related as I've changed wheel bearing driveshaft brakes basically everything that rotates! Can't see anything catching, has anyone else experienced this?

Only noticed the os doing it from the angle I pull on my drive almost like a u turn to where I park it,but I've had this horrible noise when Cornering right I thought was the near side but now I'm wondering if it's traveling through the car , it had a rack fitted by the previous owner aswell but drives ok don't pull, I'll get it on the ramp at work have a look see
  5. Disconnect the airflow metre see if it makes a difference, check temp sensor aswell mate
  6. As above I've had this noise since I bought the car on full lock at certain angles eg pulling on my drive the wheels rub on the bottom arms?? It's completely standard I've not changed anything, are the arms different etc on lesser models mines a mk4 v6 4motion Thanks chaps
  7. They make a noise just driving along abit like a cricket lol really strange sound
  8. Fitted theses brakes kinetic discs and brembo pads allround much better than standard but my god there noisy when braking and just driving along it like the air hitting the disc is whistling of them(if that makes any sense lol) anyone else had a similar issue?? Thanks chaps

  10. A piston will only melt from extremely high temps fuel spark etc give stealth racing an email c what the have to say very good with charged vr6s
  11. Id be getting ur map looked at if its melting Pistons on certain cyclinders, maybe injector faults as well need it on a dyno c what's what
  12. obd 2 make pretty much the same power as abv's anyway so imo I wouldn't bother mine made 206bhp with exhaust and manifold buddy save ur cash spend it else where [emoji106]

  14. Won't be ecu will be gearing, and i suggest if u want this forum to help you tell us exactly what car u have as there are many different vr6 variants between us and European models and don't call people fuckface!
  15. Have u checked the oil level? Changed the oil? Had the wiring metred out? Is it going into de fault mode? Banging in gears etc??? Could be torque converter or valve body issue
  16. Can't be ticking over if it's not starting?! Have u done a code read? Checked if u have spark and fuel?

  19. Yea know what u mean couldn't see anything obvious when I had it all stripped down thinking I might whip the shaft out have s look at that?
  20. Nope had the wheels off swapped them round had the brakes off diconnected the Haldex etc, it's definitely rotation get worse faster and harder I turn bloody annoying lol
  21. As above when I turn right,load on nsf wheel makes a horrible grinding/grating noise and the traction light flickers the harder I drive, I've changed the wheel bearing with no joy, I'm a tech but I'm pulling my hair out trying to find it nothing obvious stands out any help please

  23. When Corning right load on nsf wheel I'm getting a grinding/grating noise which is also making the traction light come on if going quick, I've changed the wheel bearing obvious choice with no luck any help would be helpful
  24. I'm going on solenoid vac pipes are all good
  25. The vacuum plunger unit on the side is stuck down when running the vac pipe us collapsed as well holding it down, had any one had this issue or any ideas? I'm fussing should be closed then opens when you gun it?? Thanks
