  1. Easier to just buy a v6 4mo, mk3 vr6 mounts differently wiring side will be a ball ache for the hassle just buy a mk4 or good mk3

  4. Never had that issue of air being in the system yet u can still get gears, all the clutches I've changed on a daily basis alwAys needed to be bleed to allow gears to be selected, I'd be looking into the clutch having an issue
  5. U don't need to disconnect the clutch hydraulics just unbolt the slave only box that fits other than oem is v5 mk4 but that has to have the holes made bigger for the starter motor, as for it not being bleed right normally u wouldn't able me to engage the gears as the clutch don't clear.

    Try eBay genuine about £20 new on there
  7. Check the variable valve on vag com or something similar that can cause that type of issue had it on a 3.2 a3 loss of power etc, it should be -5 to + 15 at about 1200 rpm
  8. There isn't a earth strap on the alternator just the positive and battery light wire plug
  9. Got the wrong rear lights as well steer clear of that looks dodgy as!

  11. Any advise on what's best for 24vs? Ie cams,exhaust, lighter flywheel Etc want all this done before hopefully supercharge it?
  12. Check air con works they suffer with fan issues, I've recently bought one as an all round everyday car with some tinkering there awesome [emoji106]
  13. A decent remap with exhaust filter etc will c u about 275 ish bit more with cams,but theses are more about the torque, bhp is nothing without torque it'll feel more responsive pick up with be better etc
  14. Mine did that when my speedo drive on the box wasn't connected (forgot) all my dash did the same mate
  15. There are sensors on the bulk head behind the dash vents I think which are for the lean angle. Maybe worth checking them?
  16. Me to bin looking for that colour for ages lol few subtle mods exhaust map etc body wise I'll keep pretty standard I think that's how I like my cars oem+ gonna give it a good mop over first on the list maybe supercharger [emoji16]

  18. I'd also check the variable valve timing on live data I've had this problem with a 3.2 a3 should be between -5 to +15 around 1200rpm

  21. Panel filters with a modded airbox , better exhaust system decat etc but anything other than forced induction gains r minimal the noise is the addiction I made the desicion to get rid and go 20vt mk4 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  24. Yea if u loosen it off u will get a fair bit of movement matey I had the same prob when I poly bushed mine then had it all set up was awsome in the bends Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
