  1. If you do go for 17s budget for coilovers too cos it will need lowering to make the wheels sit well in the arches
  2. I've never seen a VR in that colour thought they were only in dragon green, it suits the Merc wheels to a T
  3. If you can't find that what about hylomar? I found that in an engineering supply shop
  4. If your VW dealer is telling you that then get them quick before they change their mind
  5. Subs connect to a pre out on the back of the head unit/fly lead coming from the head unit, you don't need to cut any wires.
  6. The top 2 would, the light needs to be perpendicular to the mounting so forward lighting ones won't do anything
  7. If its on the top of the curve over the rear axle its suppose to be there to clear the under body
  8. If they aren't skimmed I bet it would still start to leak pretty quick, the surface area round there is minuscule.
  9. The threads in the top of the head are just plain machine threads, either m6 or m8 I can't remember. So you can just get some pretty stainless crews and washers to fasten it down, no doubt the originals are corroded to hell. Genuine replacements are £6 per screw, I got the full set of stainless for like a quid from a local trader.
  10. Or Audi, or newer VW, they all have them nowadays.
  11. Ooh much nicer blue looks like R32 deep blue like it.
  12. It's a plain hole straight through the metal with a self tapping screw, terrible for corrosion.
  13. The carriers are the frame that space the calliper out to the right place, look in the 312mm brakes sticky in the wheels and brakes section. The 288mm callipers are essentially the same, the pads for each are the exact same pad. So if you are obd2 you don't change your callipers you just get the 312mm spaced carriers and the bigger discs from a mk4 era car that had 312s ie S3, TT, mk4 GTI anni, Octavia VRS
  14. Yea they should be a multi plug just undo replace the light and plug back in
  15. I was literally looking for places that had GT6, I went down to asda this lunchtime and they had none, after reading reports on the game off the Internet looks like it was a blessing that I couldn't buy it. What happened Kaz!? You used to be cool, you've changed man.
  16. So your oil cooler burst and caused the cream? Nice mk2 VR
  17. GT6 has apparently done the same thing, I'm steering clear of all, greedy twats.
  18. Ha yea I bought the first damn ps3 when they first came out just for GT5, by the time It came out my fat ps3 had YLOD and I'd replaced it with a slim.
  19. I'll still say toyo T1R if you can find any, best price vs performance I've found.
  20. I really want a 2 car garage with a loft space, I'm prepared to lose enough back garden to do it too. Shame she isn't At the moment anyway
  21. I only have a ps3 slim right now and haven't played in a while. I've only ever had playstations of the next gen consoles right from psx and I've played 100% through every gran turismo. Contrastingly my brother has had every Xbox. I did have an N64 but the only game worth having was goldeneye, but that game was so good it justified buying the console lol. And way back I had a SNES. I'll start playing the ps3 again after Xmas as I've asked for GTAV and GT6 anniversary. I don't like the fact that PS4 has changed so you are charged for online, Sony said that playstation would always be free onli
