    depends how much it revs up by mate if it red lines yeah worrie if it dont then not really aythign to worri about mine dose it to just to help it get goin when cold ...

    the front two are the temp sensors one for dash and one for ecu and the one on the left back as u look at it from the top is the oil pressure sensor ... just to make sure run the engine get it up to temp and pressure and pull the wire off if the oil light comes up ie the oil can u got the right one .. hope this helps

    u got a short there mate ....does the motor move by hand ??? if not that could be ur porb or like drue said u got a live wire goin to earth some where

    yeah roy died b4 boyd did ... al went a bit t*ts up at the hot rod shop loads of people left and got sacked ....

    undo the four nuts and there is a white plastis clip holdin the shaft into the pedal this normal snaps but vw noraml keep them in stock .... good luck ull need it lol

    ???? errr not as far as i know ..... gearbox aint gota come off to do head gasket but will to be proved wrong ..... and changin just the valve seals u can do with out takin the head off .... but if it is the head gasket is a bit of a pricy job depends where u go

    well id say vw all the way then ur covered as u dont know how other oils and fliuds will react ... engine oil is about 5.5 ltr coolant is a 50/50 mix of water and G ?? the pink stuff from vw sorry forgot wot it is brake and clutch fluid is the same and max 2 ltr if bleed correctly gearbox think about 3 ltr ??!! rear diff ... only if its a syncro and cant be any more than 2 or 3 ltr pas fluid is the green one from vw and same about 1.5 - 2 ltr hope this helps ..... oh and just askin but y u wanna change all teh fluids ??

    try gettin a sniff test done then that will let u know if ur head gasket is gone .... could be valve seals gone and lettin oil past ....

    well mine has done over 113000 miles and on a 93 engine now and the rings have gone in the last month or so and its has had a very hard life so take it as u will but they can take quite a bit
