    Kick shit out of him, might jog his memory along! And i dont care if he's elderly or not, its no excuse! Grrrrrr re-tests at 60 and every 2yrs from then on. Government could tax these re-tests and therefore use that money to reduce tax on fuel a smidgen. I nearly got run off the road by a silver top who decided her Mirca need to drive in the middle of the road on a country lane. Best part was she was nailing it AND swore at me as i pulled into the verg and flashed at her!! Oh and to answer ur question: smoth the lot off and relocate indicators in either lower grills or into headlights!

    Have you checked the connector cable where it attaches to the counterweight in the engine bay? The disc which the cable connects to snapped in mine and i couldn't select a gear but it snapped just as i selected 2nd.

    Right ppl, my rear brakes are shot to sh*t and due to other things braking i ended up missing out on the GB on the 280mm rear brake kit. So i am still looking to upgrade my rears but on a budget. I am thinking mk4 brakes? How much hassle is it to get some 2nd hand Mk4 rear brakes and discs fitted? And are they any bigger coz if not then i will just buy new standard mk3 pads and discs! Cheers chaps and chapesses

    LHD lights aren't that bad. I have them on mine and the bulbs are that bright anyway that they could be pointing behind me and still light up the road in front of me!!! Also as said above, a friendly MOT man always helps, mine passed!

Or has my hastiness to question meant that i have missed something earlier on in the thread? *-) Easter for me as well i think.... 2nd time lucky!
