    someone will be along to tell you about the specifics of the engine differences in the caravelle.. Yes you can increas power the standard 2.8 in a gold gives about 175bhp as standard. Maybe the cams are different.. then..Yes we have these and they work well. you will need to fit either a flex pipe or change your engine mounts as the stainless manifold doesn flex and will crack after not too much time. The basic ways to get some more power are air filters and exhaust pipes. after that then yes you could look at cams. Following that you would ned to do either a supercharger or turbo. but on

    I didnt fix the intermittant faults on the handbrake light the Intermittant drivers window that stops halfway up and then lowers its self colour polish the bumpers change the oil clean the air filter check to see if that clunk as i go ovwer speed humps is the tool kit in the boot or bushes book in for chains Ahh well it'll wait one more week until I return from LeMans and win the lottery

    As said mate.. Vortech chargers to stage 2 are standard internals and clutch.. Rotex etc may need the plates subject to boost levels. They are always on here and you can also call NSRacing who get second hand ones regularly. Join up as a premium member and it will open the how to guides for all these things as there are some auxillary systems to look at like oil coolers and high flow CATS,.. Stage 1 Vortech should be up to 250 the stage 2 upto 280BHP. That said there are people who have a lot more on theirs for standard set ups. You need to build it the way you want it to run.     well basically any particles are bad - usually. That said you have just done a load of work on it so there is the chance of this being leftover from that.. My immediate suggestion is to flush the water system and see if anything comes back after. I would keep the sludge and let it dry out. Then you can tell if it is metal/plastice etc etc Just for clarity there is no other noises and the water pump is all okay??
