    could be the tensioner?? or the waterpump??, i had the same on mine once, makes a loud grinding noise from under the belt tensioner?? the bearings were shot in the pump and the fins were hitting inside the block, i continued to drive it a mile down the road and the belt came off where there was so much play in the pump.. i wouldnt drive it again til u get it looked at.... gd luck

    i bought mine with no experience of VRs, got it home the exhaust fell off, hall sensor was in bits in the dizzy, abs was fucked and bodged up, suspension needed changing, and it had just been MOTed?? since then i have replaced tailgate, 2x wings, drivers door, F+R bumpers, interior.. wheel bearings, front disc and pads... exhaust, engine mount, head gasket, head, timing chains and guides.... list goes on.. but when i look at it now its all worth while, shes cum a long way in a yr and a bit!! stick with it, fix the problems least u will know ur have a sound car at the end of it...     so how big is this event going to be? so it will be us lot... is there stalls and other stands etc, and is it open to the public... is it advertised any where?? wot kinds of things is there to do for the two days?? or have i just been asleep for the last few months..lol

    yep already got a enlarged TB, decat, powerroah pipe, stainless back box, itg filter etc made 186 bhp on rollers last time it went on..
