    it will either be wheel bearing or even a gearbox (hopefully not) just jack each corner and give it wiggle left to right up and down hope that helps or if u know an mot guy local he might charge u a tenner but he can quickly stick on his ramp and find which one is on the way out

    look up sln in germany as they do zr rebuilds or z enginnering in switzerland as they will have the components to fix but u r better off sending it to them and fixing and upgrading it to a zr2 with a stage 2 pulley

    your car still has the arch kit on showing by your pic so u could have the change over loom on yours what i mean is on some n reg vr6s u will still have the obd1 manifold engine loom and throttle body and isv but inside the car the rest of the loom is obd2 so u have the reader and immboliser this was the swap over period from obd1 to obd2 not all n reg vr6s r like that but i had one that was like it and sparks had the same in his mk 2 when he convertered and took everything off a n reg vr6 so could be immobiliser but could be isv sorry if it sounds confusing

    the engines r the same its only the loom throttle body and manifold thats different and yours will be obd1 so just put your manifold on and reconnect loom including engine loom

    all ready happened my boot badge vr6 badge and grill badge was all highline and left my car out one night and all went missing and my boot and quarter panel got scratched when they were taken off managed to source back badges from ebay second hand but very difficult to find front as all obsolete

    at the end of the day it all depends what u want with a car im 37 and have a vr syncro misses hates it wants me to sell and buy a convertible bmw or audi a4 convertible could do but as far as im concerned they r everywhere same as r32s etc when i do drive my car granted its only a weekend toy all i get is loads of people looking at it whether it be children or old men and just comment on how nice the car is and u dont see alot these days and the vr with a supercharger is amazing and the speed for me with or without a charger is fine but then again im getting on abit and if u did sell its blood

    the v9f vortech supercharger is now discontinued for the vr6 but r now doing a vortech v5 supercharger for the vr6 from ns racing or rotrex from storm racing the syncro should take 350bhp without problems

    not bad broken my leg in jan and have a metal plate in so off work for a few more months yet so syncro is just sleeping in the garage until im able to walk again and get it back on the road

    not a bad price for £1600 as long as u can knock off the vat as thats nearly another £300 on top and alot of bodyshops r prepaired to do deals for cash

    not correct map for car overfuels and holds right back when u accelerate and then boost kicks in then it flys and drinks petrol terribly supercharger is excellent its a v9f just need c2 motorsport to map it properly

    it was making 300bhp with a map from sln tuning in germany but have running issues with map so now going down the c2 motorsport route to get a better map but when she was running well very fast smooth and cornered spot on

    that mk2 was my mates darrens mk2 vr turbo running 460bhp he got crap times as front wheel drive and no grip but he will be back to give u lot a run for your money including his brother with a corrado vr turbo with 400bhp plus roll on the summer
