its the best all rounder . has good performance , practical , reliable and comfortable . other variants dont seem to tick the box'es as well , corrado aint as practial , passat is heavy thus making it slow . as for the vento well that is a golf the R32 still is pricey and the 4wd can be a bit of a fun killer imo add that to the heavy and over refined mk4 chassis it just doesnt do it for me . after saying all that , i still want a mk2 Vr just my 2p liam

i was with dlea N337 XCJ dragon green VR on Audi rims our camp site consisted of only 3 motors Black G40 , green VR and a black VR . spotted u guys on your way in . shweet motors btw did you do the coasroad cruise?? Liam

for us its...... *air filter *pollen filter *fuel filter *plugs *Oil +filter *screenwash top up *coolant , battery and brakefluid tested *locks and hinges of bonnet boot and doors all lubed up full wheel freeing of vehical and bearings , bushes, joints ,arms, brakes & lines , fuel lines , suspension , tyre conditions ect ect (if it has rear drums they are cleaned out and adjusted ) whole car basically hope this helps

GTi has the cable operated clutch does it not? also the ratios would be different . although the bellhousing's would match its probly not worth the effort to fit . correct me if im wrong Ps:im assuming you mean the Mk1-3 Gti .

GSF use same as OE filters , they will supply you with synta silver also OE , but only until the stock runs out . then gsf are discontinuing the synta range , and the replacement is Fuchs . from what ive heard it what they put in VW's from the factory in germany!!! synta is a Uk only range . hope this helps a little .
