    terrorists are indiscriminate, they have no value for their own lives and will kill maim and injure anybody, what they did on 7/7 was an outrageous act which took ordinary working class people from every walk of life and faith, that is what we all face with these people but they are a minority and however many times they create an attrocity like this they will never stop the freedom of the british way of life and all the cultures and faiths that live within it.

    i thought et 35 was standard ofset for most vw`s? if you have et 55 wheel then the outer part of the wheel will be closer to the inner wing (if that makes sense?) if you bolted it on right now, if you put a 20 mm spacer on your hub then that should bring the et down making it 35 and giving correct clearance on calipers etc, thats how i understand et ofset anyway.

    they will probably be fine, as long as they make the right offset it will be cool, if the offset is wrong you will have a clearance problem either on suspension side or arch side, so be cautious when you fit them up and check the clearance while the cars still in the air, if any obvious problems you should see them before any damage occurs, once you have done it our cars will be twins mate!!!!

    glad i found that out!! i was going to bid on a set of them but if you have to f*** with the wiring i will leave it! i dont like electrical things!!!!!!! i thought they were plug n play fit? someone in europe had some on ebay the other week with wiring included.

    yeah i got the adapters with the ZW1`s they just bolt straight to the hub (using your original 5x100 bolt holes) and then the alloys bolt straight to the adapter bolt holes making them 5x112, the adapters i got were wide, dunno what measurement they are but they sit inside the recess on the back of the ZW1`s they are wide though prob 25 mm or more maybe?, what make are the ones you ordered? i just ordered my kw highsport kit today so i will let you know what the clerance is like soooooon! looks to be plenty of room if i only go 40-50 on the front and 30-40 on the rear! at least if you got the

    over the last 700 miles it has averaged around 23 so its pretty good really for a 6 cylinder engine, my rallye couldnt go passed a petrol station!!!!

    just done mine the other day, got the "golf" badge off ebay for a quid!! i just used some hot water out the kettle and a small screwdriver, it came off quite easily but as said you need to get the rest of the double sided tape off the body as well, bit of gentle rubbing and some polish gets it shifting.

    blame the americans!!! they started all this "have you been injured in an accident?" bollox, blame all these shisters who advertise their twisted compensation court battles on tv, if someone is hurt then fair enough but the old "whiplash" trick is low, tell her its not your fault she drives like a monkey and if needs be we will go to court, been to hospital my arse! she`s trying it on, ask her to give details of the doctors that saw her bet she cant????? stick to your guns, the amount of people i see every day who shouldnt even be on the roads is amazing, people who drive their kids to school

    religon just causes hatred and mistrust it should be kept to the individual to follow what they believe, its not an identity its a belief so why does everyone else need to know what faith each other are? just being a decent person works for me and my god lives in wolfsburg!!!

    Agree mate the T1R seems to be an improvement on the T1S, they feel really sticky/grippy, will see how tyre wear goes but i still think they are the best tyres wet/dry at the prices you can get them for, nice tread pattern too 8)

    he he, i got two new genuine rear wheel bearings sitting in my garage!! waiting for the "change me" humm , got some genuine discs and pads for all round too !shy always keep a few spares lurking around! i have only just managed to empty my garage of all the mk1 stuff i accumulated over the years "just in case" wings, wheels,trim, etc etc, still got a few boxes of gear to sort through, never had any problems with the mk2 rallye though, that was bullet proof i am sure, i think the mk2 is probably the best engineered golf i have had.
