    Anyone that wants to go to the ring should just set a date when its open to the public and book yourselves in at a guesthouse! Its only 400 miles away, it doesnt take long to get there and doesnt take a lot of organising.

    Congratulations! Do you go on E30 Zone? A mate of mine has just bought a 325i Sport almost identical to yours - same colour, same wheels etc!

    This is the longest thread about TT brakes I've ever seen! UKMkIV forums recentley done a group buy for the whole kit for £250, not sure if someones already stated that but 11 pages about TT brakes is a bit much for me ha ha

    Just bin them - I try and get away with as much as possible really when you think about all of the imigrants in the country and what they get away with - you cant tel me that they would send their license off and pay the fine!

    No just fumes in the car really - mines broken & I got a new one from Ford for £22 but not got round to replacing it yet.

    I do 6.30's in the wrc escort cossie - not sure if thats comparable to the corvette tho!

    Mines doing about 250 I'd say - Im not really to bothered though as it sounds about right & I do have a heavy right foot plus I usually only get to drive it at the weekends! Tip: If you fill up when its cooler ie: middle of the night during the summer months etc u will get more fuel for your money as the petrol will be less dense, wont be much but every little helps.

    Hi mate - my car used to do exactly the same thing - I had powerflex bushes fitted by the phirm and its so much better now - uprating the bushes is probably 1 the best mods you can do. I also had a strut brace fitted and already had Eibach roll bars. My car feels much better when Im doing some real speeds and under hard braking I dont have to wrestle with the steering wheel any more.

    I was there too on Sunday! 1 of fav cars tho was that black 911 Turbo with the LM's - sounded amazing when he booted it! The Lambo with the 'I (l) You' number plate sounded the best there I reckon - like an F1 car! There was a Carrera GT that was in the starting grid but didnt actually go

    I thought about buying one of those before I bought my Calibra a few years ago - they are pretty quick & I've seen some heavilt tuned turbo ones at Santa Pod get some good times! Only thing that put me off was the 'Rover' part of it but Vauxhall isnt much better is it ha ha Its nice but Im sure you'll appreciate the VR6 a lot more when you make the change

    I think Minty's old car looks the nuts and that has the plastic arches but also had the matching bumpers etc

    Ha ha well i can get it through work for half price for a year so it will only be costing me about £8 a month for the year for Tv, Broadband & free off peak calls so doesnt sound too bad just aslong as it works!

    Even at £2.42 a litre! Not worth it all - u wont see any real difference
