impossible to get 220 without spending serious bucks on shrick/cams big valve head, chip, exhaust, induction... really you want more torque rather than power, get a shrick, the car pulls like a train.
yeah in this weather its best to leave the blower off unless you got aircon, becuase the heatsoak from a 2.8 enclosed in the engine bay of mk3 is huuuge.
sorry to say, but you need a lil' correction :- highlines - late models odb2, large tb + mani = more power than stock highlines - late N reg (LIKE MINE) have coil pack but are ODB1 (becuase of TB (see my thread on it). ways not to tell? if you're car has late style repeaters if you're car has a coilpack if youre car is a highline if youre car develops more power than stock ways to tell. 1. read the guide. Does anyone know if its plausable (and where to find adapters) for alloys that are 5x112 to 5x100 standard vw mk3? Would i have scrubbing issues? its only lowered 30mm all around but the rears sit quite low when i have passengers.
