hi gotup thia morning jumped in the car an started her up an went to clear the window put it to speed 1 no 2 no 3 yes,an the only way i can get the wiper arm to stop is the wait til the arm comes to the bottem of the window an put it quickly to 1 or 2 speed, am i right in saying that the wiper arm inside the car is on its way out?an is it hard to fix?its a 95 vr6 golf... cheers... ?!
