  1. if you can hear it on idle in neutral but not when you put the clutch down then almost definately is the clutch release bearing / thrust bearing

  13. quick thought, is the r32 pick up too short and therefore not getting enough oil in?? maybe it is not in the oil in the sump properly and is getting some air aswell as oil??? and yeah, i believe it should have higher pressure with higher revs..

  15. yeah i will be there buddy!! have now left vw, start tomorrow at new place, local garage /tuning place.. should be coolio.. i'd be suprised if it is the shallow sump, as you did the pump and smaller pick up pipe at the same time, but you never know i guess?
  16. it has 2 sensors, low pressure and high, could be a faulty sensor if levels are ok, but best to check though. p.s. still yet to see your car mark, will you be at ultimate dubs this year?? will come find you if you are. richie
  17. the bit with the arrow pointing to it is just clipped into the bumper. pop it out with a flat blade and the hole to screw the tow eye into is behind it LEFT HAND THREAD for the tow eye remember.... tow hook is separate, normally in the tool bag in the booot .

  19. i'm sure i only had the screws at the bottom on mine. took those out and it just wiggled it's way out.... i don't remember there being anymore at the top edge?

  21. behind the drivers side blank between the indicator and fog lamp is the hole to screw it into. it is a separate screw in hook in the tool bag in the boot. LEFT HAND THREAD!!!
