  1. thats not the case mate, maybe for some it does but it didnt for me, not a problem though, at the same price id rather have the 8mm in the blue look over the standard 7.5mm ones.
  2. i went for 8mm and had to break the little tugs that hold the leads in place for it to fit into plastic cover

  6. yes, that is called the ignition switch, to take it out there is a lengthy process, if you search on ignition switch you will find a recent post that explained the process, you will at one stage need a special VAG tool to remove the barrell. steering wheel/airbag etc also come off./

  8. which is why i did not fit the cold air feed to mine, just used the existing one fitted loosely to give that MEAN sound on acceleration. just make sure you dont drive through a big puddle and please do not leave the car switched on when you go for a car wash!!
  9. hi mate, sounds familiar, it can either be your cam shaft position sensor or the MAF air flow sensor, best bet is diagnostic as stated above but if you fancy a quick test might be worth cleaning the cam shaft position sensor and if this dont work then unplug the MAF and see if it drives better??
  10. could also be the MAF (air flow sensor) for a quick test unplug it and see if it drives a bit better if it does then could well be your solution

  15. nice car!! might i add, get the Pre 95 VR6 chin spoiler on and it will look PERFECT!! as will appear to sit lower to the ground and runs deeper along the sides of the bumper too!

  17. whoa - whats going on here? ahem ahem!! confusion cleared now, c3vrg - check to see if they will fit if you have side skirts, if you do then they might not fit flush to the sill as the sideskirt reaches quite far up. i dont recall seeing any screws so must be clips or self adhesive. mk3anni - u ok dude?
