I bought mine 2.5 years ago with 44,000 for 8K. Going price back then for a good one! (Touch wood), if I didn't spend money modifying it, then I would not have spent any money on it at all, apart from the normal running costs (service, petrol, insurance). It has just clocked 59,000 and it is so RELIABLE!!! My wife had a Clio 16v before we sold it with low mileage (35,000) and it kept cutting out and the Renault Stealership were never able to get to the bottom of the problem! Good luck on finding one! Yeah, I've got the red touch key. I'll have to read the Scorpion instruction manual to understand what it does, or look at the link! 8)

I had a similar problem when I changed the battery on my Scorpion alarm key fobs x 2 (Total Closure). I had to use the instruction manual (Scorpion) and press the keys in a sequence and voila, they both worked! 8)

Looks like your car came from the same original dealership as mine 'Scott's of Sloane Square'! I have the same number plate surround (now taken off as well as the dealership sticker on the rear window - also now off ). 8) -
I hardly ever see Vr6 Highlines around where I live! A lot of GTis though! 8)

Have seen a 16v Scorpion Exhaust System for sale (2nd hand). Would the system or preferably just the back box fit on a VR6, even though it is made for a 16v? Thanks in advance! Jon 8) [ Edited ]

Hi, I'm getting new shocks and springs (Eibach & Sachs) put on next week (30mm drop), to replace just the lowered springs. Any ideas around Sussex/Surrey/South East where I could get my 'laser alignment' done? Going by previous experience, my car will be too low to get it on the ramps at my local garages! Also any ideas, how much? I've been told only the front wheels can be realigned anyway! Cheers Jon 8)
