I looked into it, decided against it, if yo've got metal shavings in your sump, then you have bigger things to worry about ) Some cheap ones the magnet isnt secure enough and eventaully come out! dont see any benefit from them to be honest, the oil pump has a filter on i presume so its not as if its gonna get pumped around the engine.

  12. i'd imagine that the 'ore' in the coolant could retain heat, and make your car run hotter, but if you are not noticing any issues then I cant imagine its much to worry about
  13. Could be! Or wrong coolant has been used in the past and causing corrosion. Sounds like you need give it a good flushing out.. Take bottom hose off radiator flush it out see what colour the water is:)

  15. I had a similar issue and it just ended up I hadn't turned the round plug enough to lock it into place
  16. If you have taken any photos of our cars / club stand etc... and other VR6's at a show, please le me know here. I'm in the process of updating the gallery, and would like some revent event photos.   17. it will be the oil filter housing, or the oil cooler seals, these are prone to going hard overtime,
  18. try swapping a spark plug around, if you have same sympton, then id say its your coilpack
  19. Does the noise come from the left or right side of the engine? (as you face the car)
