    WET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's ok, but then I'm used to it. Can't tell you if its hard or soft, as you get limescale in the kettle, and loads of bubbles in the bath!!!!!! But it is clear and doesn't taste of flouride or chlorin!!!!!!!!

    I have a full compliment of camping cooking gear, double burner stove (no grill though, thats next year!!!!), kettle x 3, pots pans, tables....more than welcome to use them.

    I won't need the bog.....I won't be camping as I only live 7 miles from the castle so will pay on the gate (depending on cost, I might pay before hand......car still won't be worthy of a club stand, so will be probably be on foot) and stay till everyone goes to bye byes!!!!!!!!!

    Currently, I'm just running with an induction kit. My project is a very slow one, tooooooo many bills, not enough dosh. got a few bits and pieces waiting to go on, but might just wait, get everything ready and do it all at once!!!!!!! what other mods were done to your VR?. Has anyone got an idea of costs for final drives and fitting?

    I can't understand WHY peeps keep buying these Fix Or Repaid Daily, Found On Road Dead or First On Rubbish Dump cars. Ther are MUCH better alternatives out there, Golf TDI, Passat TDI Audi TDI (Hmmmmn Theme going on here!!!) Change of scene...sort of....Seat TDI Skoda TDI. LOL Glad ya keeping the VR though, very wise choice......

    If you're gonna keep taking your car to him, and happy to do so, I'd tell him to keep the inbred away from your car, and only he is allowed to work on it. Had a similar problem with a local motorcycle garage. As far as the leak goes, IF you rad had a leak and you'd done 500 miles then it would be a fair bet that you'd lose some water along the way.......I've never known a leaking rad to not lose water to be honest!!!!!!

    I'd love to learn to weld with mig/tig/gas, I used to be able to weld (after a fashion!!!!) with an ark welder, but that was a LONG time ago............My issue now is time and money.
