many thanks for replying guys, would have thought when replaceing thermostat houseing it would square the pipe back up :S but like you say russ seal may have poped out, will pop to halfords over the weekend for the silicone lukey and give it another go, and if it still leaks i will be cracking pipes |-)

3 times now i`ve fitted a new pipe and its still weeping, doing my bloody ed in, :@ all has been fitted correctly but weeping water pump end, new seals every time, is there a seailent i should be using to, *-) can any body help,
