  5. 1. When the head comes off, get it skimmed, replace the head bolts as they are stretch bolts and can not be re used. Also get them to replace the valve oil stem steals. 2. Get a standard head gasket. Victor reinez. 3. Get a proper remap. Stealth or united Motorsport are the peps too talk too. Ecu can't learn it's self due to motronic being crap and not advanced lol 4. Yes you would need to strip it again, and it's around 2500 rpm with a diesel 5th gear. Hope that helps

    If you want it all to work use the vr6 one. Otherwise you will have millions of issues. I had so many issues I just wired mine up too some switched on the dash.

  12. Yeah as above can you not jump start it but earth out the other battery to the bonnet or somewhere and put positive on starter from underneath?

  17. Tps sensor did come up on vag com but a different 109 relay and 167 fuel pump relay have sorted that along with cleaning isv and throttle. So it's not there anymore..
  18. He is obd1 also isv has been cleaned out. Which wasn't help the first idle problem. Now it's idling fine. But still slightly overfueling. But when it's up to temp and you give it any revs it will cough splitter and die... That's why I thought cam sensor
  19. Lol I don't smoke, but I'm that angry anyway. Keep it up though. Be worth it in the long run.
  20. Yeah I think they are all different. But yours is old Skool. Lol It could be. It's just a possibility on the wiring.
  21. Sounds like maf to be honest. Or blue temp sensor from what you've told me. Check the wiring for the maf. You should get a proper obd port
