  1. But Low emissions on the new ones. Unlike ours lol
  2. Lol we all know its a big conspiracy anyway. Ok well we have a few people now so it's going to be a good day.
  3. Nope, not completely. Not yet anyway. Unless it keeps on making me angry....
  4. Lol probably not. Not now I'm back in a mk3. Lol
  5. But surely you are just wiping the dirt into the paintwork? I've not really tried it to be honest so I'm just intrigued. As I do the whole prewash, two buckets blah blah lol
  6. Lol that is a ridiculous angle. Going to sort it out next week I think. And to be honest I'm not a fan of the wheels on the car. I think they are too new skool. They are up for sale and I'm on the lookout for something else lol
  7. Right after my epic fail at ud, here is some updates. Put the engine stand back up for the 24v Painted rear axle. New rear discs, new padss, wheel bearings, bolts, lowered the rear, custom spacers on. Calipers refurbished and painted Test fit I've also got a lot of toe in on the rear. Which is strange. So will take it all off and put some camber shims in. Also bought this. Vr6 full leather. Not sure if going to drive it or break it yet. Thanks.
  8. Anyone else? Awesome would like to know how many cars we are putting on the stand.
  9. I'm not a fan lol. I prefer washing it. Plus get a good trying towel instead of a shammy lol does it not leave swirl marks?
  10. It depends on what wheel and what size spacers you are using.
  11. Yeah come down and join us. Rolling road days are good fun.
  12. I remember a thread on here about some pulleys that united motorsports had made for the belt tensioner. I am after one but can't for the life of me find the thread. Emailed united but no response. Thanks.
  13. But if you turbo'd with that head I bet it would be unbelievable..
  14. I live 10 minutes away from them. I have seen some of their work and it's epic. But that price is stupid.
  15. Thanks for the input people. Anyone else fancy it?
  16. Hmmm. I'm assuming its a mk3. But you may need it for mot.
  17. Good afternoon. This is just a thread to see if anyone is interested. We have space for a club stand at awesome GTI's summer bash. This is quickly becoming a very popular show. It will be held on the 21st of July 2013. Now unfortunately, this falls on the same weekend as bugjam and dubs at the castle. For us northern people this is much more local so I will be going too this. We have space for 10 cars so if your interested then pop your name below and we will organise an official thread. Even if there is only 4-5 off us, it will be worth it and a good day. Thanks.
  18. I would put it in the car somewhere. Boot maybe. Or look for something similar. And you could run it from you m/c too that then from that too a t piece. Unless your running abs lol then that complicates it.
  19. http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorsport/brake-proportioning-valves/allstar-performance-screw-type-brake-bias-valve
  20. You can buy an inline one. The standard one on the rear axle is a #%+€$ to remove lol let me find you a link. And yes you will have a problem. If you don't run one, the rear will get the same braking pressure as front and it should be about 75-25 as all your weight is at the front. 50-50 is bad lol
  21. Is it not easier to just try and get some clocks with similar mileage? As said above its not a very easy job for someone who knows what they are doing.
  22. Lol you are very good at that photoshop business.
