  1. It's cool what about the ISV valve? Have you cleaned it out? And the throttle. That will help.
  2. That's a good choice of turbo for the power your wanting Ecu wise, I would recommend united motor sports software and they would tell you which injectors to get with the software. Head work, cams are worth while, 263, 268's. Bigger inlet valves, leave the exhaust valves as the turbo restricts the flow anyway. If you wanted to rev higher then had valve springs, titanium retainers etc. Manifolds are a debatable topic and I'm sure everyone will have different opinions. Clutches are also debatable. Running a spec 3 and running about 400. No problems with it. Hope that helps.
  3. I may be wrong but I think it sits like that in my mk2.
  4. If it needs scanning I could do it. Over fueling could be injectors like you previously said. Is it obd1 or 2?
  5. How much clearance do you get with those? Won't you need better retainers etc too?
  6. Ok. Well that seems fine then. How is it too drive?
  7. Wait so the only thing that has been changed is the sensors and now your compression is fine? If those are your results they don't sound too bad. Was it 1-2-3 with the lower results?
  8. Hiya mate. Drop me a pm if you would like me to have a look. I'm in Stockport so not too far. It will probably need a leak down test. Low compression could be a number of things. Probably best to do the test before you take it apart.
  9. My exhaust manifolds like that using the oem headers but my turbo is facing down. Will try and get a picture later
  10. Finally had some time to work on it again. Especially now my hours have been cut at work Beading shot Started stripping it down for the winter rebuild. Engine should be out by next weekend. Then the fun and games shall begin. Will try and keep it updated as possible. Thanks.
  11. Probably my suspension set up.
  12. Yeah as long as you fit them correctly it's fine too throw away the standard one
  13. Mine has been ok but is a turbonetics to4b. Probably different
  14. I'm not running one. But im sure someone will be along to clear it up.
  15. I use rid woods. They do the £2,200 hi flow head that's on eBay.
  16. Some people argue about runner lengths etc. worth a try though.
  17. It does change the sound of the Vr a lot. Worth the money though.
  18. They are good. Look a bit nicer too. Your nearly into schimmel short runner money there though
