    Anyone happen to know what extra outputs you went for? Im thinking of : fan control , knock sense and launch control. Also have you mapped your own cars?

    Id quite like to go standalone ecu and map myself but not looking for the hassel of building the unit. Anyone know of any builders in the UK? Or any other relatively cheap standalones.

    I use mine daily and think its pretty bad for bhp/fuel. Only thought keeping the engine in my car is eventually going FI. Otherwise may as well just swap a 1.8T. :S

    If your finding your unhappy with your straight line performance get boost , but if its in the corners your losing it , sort that first.

    Who was it cheaper to insure a supra with ? Sounds a bit mad. Im currently insured with flux but definatly going to shop around when time comes.

    Thanks for responses , will hopefully get car up on ramp tomorrow. Dont think its the brakes. Ive got solid mounts so i hope its not that. The fun of VR ownership

    I seem to have developd a slight clunking sound on my front left. It happens when i brake and also when i pull away. Anyone got any ideas ?

    Does anyone know the size of the obd2 throttle body inside diameter ? Is it same as obd1? Also does anyone have access to the plate it bolts onto as im after the dimensions? Any help apeciated

    Pretty sure mine didnt come with a hose , just used the one that was already on my car but already had K&N on there.

    When my coilpack went it definatly didnt sound the same on tickover. Maybe check your lambda sensor if its overfueling like mad.

    I was driving along on the motorway and it suddenly felt like the engine was being slightly more sluggish , like the first very small part of throttle chokes the engine a bit. It still pulls smoothly through the revs. I was thinking possibly air leak or fuel filter ?

    Im currently developing a short runner intake manifold for my university project , which may be a 'cut and shut' but i will be computer modelling the unit and its flow. Depends how much extra the milling will cost and further benefits that can be gained from starting with a totally new unit. Im starting with N/A and will have a before and after dyno print out. Id imagine schimmel will have also done there research especially with there proven gains. Il be sure to undercut the competition for full members
