  4. Its the supercharger torque , turbo boys would not understand , maybe no nos until 2nd
  5. Oooo thanks! As for the torque of ARP I found on another site ; hand tight with the allen for the studs then 3 equal steps to 80 ft/lbs with the moly lube as per the bentley torquing order, and heat cycle then re-torque.
  6. Does anyone know what torque I need to do the studs to and then the nuts? Also i read somewhere that people then let the engine get up to temperature then cool down and retorque them? Is that right?
  7. Wish my mk2 was like this, how is the feel on the R32 shifter? im currently using a cable set up but its like throwing the gearstick to find the gears.

  10. Think the main problem is emissions but no mot tester should be making your wastegate open so sure its fine, look forward to seeing some vids.
  11. Just wondering where people have got their lines from? Do most people take a feed off the oil filter housing and then just tap the sump for the return line?

    Yea id base your injectors on what your power goal is.
  15. Its fair enough , the standard bolts probabaly wont fail , I just see it as when putting so much money into the car may as well spend that little bit extra.
  16. Possibly O2 sensor ? What colour is the smoke? Does it smell like its running rich ?

  20. Very nice work and great build. Is it hard to drop the box out with the engine still in ?
  21. Id consider modifying the firewall to get the engine back for weight distribution as sounds like a big project anyway.
