    The top long bolt that goes through the starter aslo goes through the front engine mount bracket. This could have moved, so it may require you to jack/lower the engine and loosen the other bolts that bolt through the bracket, then trying to get the top starter bolt in.

    Yes its original, and i think the hole was to test if the cat was doing its job, a test hole, but no real need for it. Get someone to weld it up!

    Well stop hitting those poor rabbits then!!! :-) I learned my lesson with road kill when i hit a pheasant, which wrote my grill off, nearly puncturing my rad too! So, stop hitting them poor bunnies, or they'll bite back! ;-)

    Its far easier and cheaper to buy a 2.9 engine and use that, rather than boring, new pistons, etc (they both use the same head), inlet manifold and t/b slightly different, ecu i think are slightly different.

    Cheers! It is a bit of a novel!!! :-) Yeah i can make another solid front mount, its only the front mount mind, but it does make a huge difference. An yeah, come to another team south meet, i should be there with the beast, i'l take you out for a spin! Where an what is re.worx?

    Maybe we could go up, for a watch 1 day to see what goes on, an set something up for next year, get some varied clubs involved and as may people from here. I'm really up for hill climbing, been thinking about doing it and competing.

    Sounds like the fuel pump relay isn't working.
