    no it is doing exactly as is should if iy stays on there is a fault maybe you need to bleed or uprate your pads discs

    if you are on about the 1 peice upper part of the sill trim VW as most second hand ones will be starting to suffer from rust bubbles about £30 ish each

    it has a code you can put in on the door lock but you will need to find it out probably from the main dealer 4 truns left 2 turns right 1 turn left 4 turns right that sort of thing

    you need i spacer plate and 1 genuine vw headgasket which is 3 layer drill the rivets out then use the 2 outer parts either side of the spacer plate

    what size is your maf are you getting enough air in may be overfuelling

    sounds like tosh the lambda is precat anyway so what difference would there be. maybe less back pressure

    i think the adjuster for the other end of the cable is on the side of the heater box by your left ankle you could adjust it manually for now

    you do not need to transplant the abs just make sure your brakes are upto the job

    8.5 to 1 spacers are 2mm thick and you can get them cheaper and thicker for lower compression ratio for nearly half the price of mine which was purchased in the UK for £100 but i dont know what the quality is like on German Ebay

    try reading the handbook it should tell you what the symbols are for

    in conjunction with a lightweight flywheel they do make a bit of a difference the engine spins more freely as it has less rotational mass

    if you are going to take it off you might as well replace it
