dude , the AC model i think uses a longer belt than the non Ac one , with your diagrams it seems the pulley would be super close to the alternator and leave along bit of the belt unsupported . Like i said your better off to get a air con unit , bolt it on and then not connect it , least you will have it like set up diagram 1 . dont have to mess with with pulleys etc.

does yours have aircon? you might be looking at the air con delete bracket , the boost pipes are pretty easy to make up , you just need a few silicon hoses and a ali one which you can pick up from ebay stage 1 is only the pulley (correct me if i am wrong ) stage 2 is pully and bigger injectors and remap and stage 3 is new pully and remap and possible cooling and head gasket i can take a few pics of mine if you want? send me your number if you have whatsapp and i can zap them over ryan

remember to put the bearings in the right way , lol i had to re do mine as i got them in wrong way. Pack out with a good grease -
well when i do take the vento out once a month , lol...she always gets redlined

Am i the only one who seems to go through a set every 6 months? they dont seem to last , keep braking and exhaust swinging around I am looking at getting the powerflex ones which are about 7.00 delieverd , anyone using them and think they worth it? Kwikfit have been good in the past with giving me free ones , but dont think they are good quality i am running a full stainless + decat and mani , so it is quite heavy thanks

go gruven or neuspeed , gruven def the better quality but more expensive and you would have to import them. think there is some neuspeed suppliers floating about

Bit of a tough one really , each type of car has it followers , but it doesnt change the value of the cars , as much as i love my Vr6 it wont be ionic which will let us get the money they really deserve For the money they are a good buy now , i just wish people stop buying them to rob them of the engines and break them down.Soon there wont be any more left..lol My Vr is super thirsty , but i dont smoke or drink so this is my weakness , you got to have little things in life to keep you happy
