  1. mmmmmm i am 30 , 8 yrs no claims and pay 400 on a 300 bhp supercharged vr6....with all mods and extras.... and i thought mine was expensive!

  3. well a g40 vs vr6 charged is no competition....been there and done that....but when your in the g40 it does seem like your going much faster...maybe cause they are little
  4. depends what comes with it , anything from 900-2k.....but whats in the kit......
  5. no difference in charging , think you need few different bits , make sure you get the correct parts ect.....stage 1 and 2 are ok with normal internals and even stage 3 with correct cooling i get about 20mpg with stage 2 but i drive short distances and i like the sound just check the kit before you buy it correct for year car ,does it have pw steering or not ect

  10. mine must of been super full as it just flooded out when it came off , might be oil cooler empting out....i still smell oil everywhere
  11. whats the difference in the mk4 ones? do you use the mk4 front or rear ones?
  12. no dont need to upgrade the internals you can run a spacer gasket or not , it depends on your set up and cooling i have pm you back
  13. you can get rebuild kits online but they aint cheap and you need someone know knows a bit of engineering as you need to be delicate when putting them back together stage 2 -3 can cost anything from 250 - 1000;s , depending what cooling you want when going to stage 3 the list is endless you have to think of your budget first
  14. forgot to drain the filter housing before removing filter while doing an oil change ! a very messy outcome!
  15. what about the disc? does it have a built in bearing? whats the size difference? need to do my rear bearings and discs so was thinking about this and the 312 front set up

  17. no , the power steering pully is the same size , but the weight is nearly half so it makes it lighter to turn.
  18. i am using the power steering one to make the steering lighter , so far so good , gruven your best bet for quality , neuspeed good but more expensive
  19. yeah agree with tony with bits needed .....you will need a remap after again so thats another 400 quid + ..... you dont need intercooler until stage 3 , if your really interested i got stage 3 bits i am not using , if you wanna miss stage 2 and go stage 3

  22. bosch ok if you dont run red tops and stage 2 or 3...but any more power and they dont handle..
  23. yeah its fine , if you go any lower it will hunt and the only way you can adjust it would be through the ecu , i had mine done when mapped.... its fine so dont worry to much
  24. Mood i would maybe think your oil a bit to thin....what make oil you using?on what engine + year?
