  2. It might be that your TB needs to be "adapted" with Vag Com. Sounds like a typical adaption issue.
  3. Most synthetic oils is good. Do not use to tick "10/60" or to thin "0/40" Both my V6 4Motion. and my mk3 12V Turbo get Valvoline synpower 5/40. Just because i get it cheap from work. Works very good.
  4. Thank you very much. Injector issue was because the material solution I went for to hold the fuelrail was to weak. So in time, the injectors pulled more and more out. Until one day.... Really like the 24V :R engine in your Corrado. Looks stock with it
  5. Yesterday I took the day off at work and got some parts fitted. New oil pump, mounted the Powerflex buschings and got a new set of tires. Federal RSR semi slics. Same sort off wheel that Toyo R888s.... Result? Tight and presise handling. Better steering wheel feeling and the grip is very good. Running only 20 psi, but it rips pretty good on the road and in the streets (a) ProMaf software setup runs very good. Super happy. The 1.06 T3 housing on the GT35R is a perfect match for the 12V. Its useable and really playfull. Been driving 12000 kilometers this summer. Zero issues. Im not a big fa
  6. I was driving along to work in 6th gear. Wideband was pending from 10-12AFR...... I tought, well here we go again with boost leaks :banghead: 3 minutes I drove like this, when the gasoline smell came. Stopped the car and gasoline was floating all over  One injector had gone out of the fuelrail, and was spraying the engine bay. I have a heat blanket and a fire extinguisher in the car. Just to be safer. Closed the hood, and waited for the tow truck to pick me up. 227GBP to get the car home  Insurance only bring the car to the nearest workshop. I wanted the car home asap. Hope
  7. Thanx. RH ah 8x17" Porsche rip off, replica. But they have been holding up very good.
  8. Visited a friend living 320miles away on the other side of the country.... 1989 Rallye Golf MK2 24V 6766 4Motion.
  9. Ive been driving all summer from 15-28 psi. No issues. Adjusteable fpr and AFR is spot on @ 11.6 - 12.0 Matt at Unitedmotorsports fixed my Mocal oilcooler issue. Got their Oil cooler bolt and end cap. The Ebay Mocal 16 row fitted nice. Some random pics.......
  10. You do feel a diffrence in the torque. I did when I had a Vw VSR. Schrick is buildt same as the VwVSR. So there should be no diffrence in power. The Schrick is still for sale, silly overpriced. The Vw VSR was only made in 500 copies and are pretty rare. If I had a OBD1 car, I would bought a VwVSR for sure. And either polisched it or painted in.
  11. It will help. A friend off mine have a 794whp 12V VR6, and it works well on his car. I
  12. Thanx Jim. Some updates.... Soon to be ready. Feels like things take forever to be finished with. Do all the work alone' date=' and im not a car mechnic in any way. Just think its fun to see progress, and be happy with the result. Here some pics: AN6 in/out from IE tank fuelrail. AN6 fitted perfect inside the frame/chassi where the stock lines was sitting.. [img']http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u215/Maiden-VR6/IMG613.jpg UM billett oilcap and UM external oilcooler tube. So I can run oem oilcooler and the Mocal 16 row. 02M Dogbone with Powerflex bushing.. Shortend a little bit. Tight lik
  13. Some new Fragola stuff I picked up today. 7 meters of nylon hose and some fittings..
  14. Primer and some paint on it... Weld on a plate with threads in it. Engine/gearbox waiting to go inn for the fourth time Finally it bolted up perfect. This should do it
  15. Very strong silicone that support the metal sement that I have put in the two oil channels. Looks ass, but it works very good: Not my car, but got a set off ABT sideskirts in the mail today. The oem skirts are shit, and Ive been driving around last 2 years with 1.5 sideskirt Federal RSR street slics 215/40-17". They are in the same league as R888s, but alot cheaper. At least here in Norway, wich is the worlds most expensive country. UM oilcooler bolt. Do I miss something here? The end cap is not even close to fit.........
  16. On OBD2 cars, UK ecus have the same numbers that I have on mine 258 as last digits. And C2 software are working great. Plugn play both 42# and 63#
