In the UK yes..... NS racing and Regal Motorsport. Both are in the guides of companies! I got mine from Raj @ NS on 00 44 7971836839. Based in London. I did see a little kink/bend in one of your pipes. Just to be sure you may want to cut that to the correct length. Also keep the oil catch can as high as possible. Does it have a piece of wire wool inside it?? It should have. You are meant to empty the catch can regularly. Finally did you re-install the Carbon canister? If not what did you do with the pipe? There is an installl guide and a diagram here http://www.vr6oc.com/e107_plugins/

sorry I missed that one.... -
SOrry to say it m8 but I'm gonna have to agree. Ladies are just as daft as blokes and will crash the baby. Better to start of small and build up. You know what it is like when you get back into a smaller car now and how easy it is to drive in comparison. Not the fav option but ....

If you have any pictures of your installation it will help us look and compare installation incase there is something obvious we can spot and help you...

Well, there are a quite a few track day/modified cars on here so they can be recomended as a toy. Easy to do and cheap. Also pleanty of scope for mods... (from memory there are a few vids on here/youtube of the owners on track) May I suggest that if you're gonna go this way that you join as there are lots of FAQs, buyers guides and How to etc etc etc in members sections. Plus you get good discounts on the parts you'll be replacing regularly... Summary Engines: all good for 150k before run in ... chains are always suggested in the 100k + ish zone. Pain job so needs to be done right. Othe

Well new comany car time in a few months so I need to start looking and I have a few options. Looking to keep the car size down and most likely diesel.... so I have a few Options to look at What do we know about them??? Any Others that spring to mind???

I have a Vtec and they are belting engines & Cars and how they do like to rev..... It is as you all say a very different experience and they do give you more ommpf out of the same size engine! SO these little chaps in their light weight 2litres-ish are keeping up with you and yours which is bigger. Neither is better just different. I like 'em and will always recommend the cars to others as they really don't break often! Down side they really encourage you to thrash them, which is why they'll have a go at anything. Just to hear it scream....

Mines quicker and they always seem surprised.... LOL

No egg sucking meant.... Usually the clicking sound is a flat/on the edge battery.... (cold weather issue) Do the headlights come on and what happens when you turn the key??? Go out or stay on????.... If out then battery.... Good luck let us know...

I have a friend who has his own company and has nice cars but they are always standard. I think I may email him that in the hope as I found the idea he'll let me drve/borrow/keep/steal it..... That is lurvrrrely..... Come on numbers... It could be me.... !

Remember it's the point at which the tyres bite that causes the gears to go. So once you turbo you'll spin all the way to 3rd which is when you bite. That's why typically that gear breaks. Though as said others can go to. You can get the gears anealed/hardened to take the power BUT it will make the metal more brittle. So a chicken and egg thing on that.... You can always look at companies like elite racing transmissions, Sellholm Tuning (DMMR) etc who, whilst they specialise in other brands of car, can make to order to take real big BHP... Also get sequential systems if you want.... Sequ

Whilst doing some work on the old car a little issue was spotted. Where my fuel lines come down the side of my engine and pop over the charger mounting bracket. It looks like the pipes are starting to wear. So before I fry myself any suggestions on what I can mount in between them to act as protection???? Cheers

Congrats........ Now you have trouble ahead.... That grill isn't gonna cut the mustard and those lights need looking at and those door handles could be shaved and what about Frenching the boot. Then there's the roll cage, the race harness the high flow fuel pump, Steering wheel covered in alcantara and fluffy dice Nice - good look don't forget to do the how to guide as you go...

getting after market fogs/indicators fitting flush
rodney replied to toofunkyhouse's topic in Bodywork and Styling
Snigger..... Ok so there is a list of tools you need.... Slim screwdrver Pliers something to sit on Bathroom sealant (Clear) Finger Cloth Patience This does work.... TBH this prep work is usually best done in advance in front of the TV watchin' your fav show. Using bathroom sealant go around the join where lens meets case. Use the bathroom sealant and finger method of ... spreading a little at a time so it remains looking pretty. Allow to dry !!!! Some people like to reduce the hole diameter on the breather pipe though I am not a fan of this... Fit new... If not flush remove and with a grea -
M8 I am a bit surprised at 407BHP on a standard engine... Surely you have engine mods for that power... Also people have opinions on the best way forwards..... I can only say that Kev seems to know his onions and his advice may be worth considering.. But after all it's your engine and your way forwards.. good luck

I thought all were the same size! That said if you fit any replacement system then these are not all made equal. So there may be some variations in manufactuer types compared to OEM. Also don't forget you can fit a made to measure stainless system made to look stock. Sounds - I like your discriptions.... If you get a bit more of a deep tone then usually this is down to several reasons. Sports systems have been fitted Stainless steel systems fitted Induction kit fitted - though you can usually hear this as a different sound - think mk1 Escorts on rally scene If you add a manifold this

you could also offer up a swap someone might be interested... I assume BBS RA were fitted as standard and they are always popping up on here this is a link to a watercooled VW site but it has some nice pics of the the standard wheel options that were fitted http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://www.vintagewatercooleds.com/tech/Techtips/Timbotechnotes/wheels/pics/bbsra.gif&imgrefurl=http://www.vintagewatercooleds.com/tech/Techtips/Timbotechnotes/wheels/wheels.htm&h=105&w=105&sz=8&hl=en&start=7&tbnid=iKI4Herxwn2ZMM:&tbnh=84&tbnw=84&prev=/images
