  2. either that or a air leak mate.. check the fitting to the isv.. as any air leak will cause it to do that on overun
  3. posi - still got my car negi - completly skint, not two pennies to rub together
  4. i run helix now, ny old sachs unit went north at circa 330bhp, and ive run luk units at similar levels of power
  5. calibration on cameras dont work no more, what matthas said is correct. i can however tell you for a fact that the spacing between the main sign and the repeaters must be at 350m spaced either side of the road, your only hope should you wish to beat it , would be to run the road again and check all the sign spacing and sozes and hope that they are wrong .. were they average speed specs ? if so it must say average speed limit , not speed limit 50mph. is it a permenant closure ? i can give you lots of avice on traffic managment but my best advice is to SIGN THE FORM and return it.DONT FIGHT IT
  6. you will get a ban . lube up and take whats coming althought you already no that a good brief may save your licence , but i doubt it. courts look very dimly at the mo at speeding through roadworks, the problem is that you were 47mph over a posted speed limit . now you can of course check that all the signs were correct, i.e size, spacing etc.. you also have to apply for tempory speed limits if they havent you can get it overturned ... i dont work with traffic managment on a daily basis, and none of what i said has any basis .
  7. posted out everything from last week , today .

  14. yep boost is addictive, never a more true word said
  15. im guessing dan dont want a kit ? when you pop round dan you can take a look at my recipets , so you can see what you may get.. i can also fit the kit if you get it .. as others have said there are loads of choices and it really is personal preference ..
  16. right basically , the smalle rthe cold side number, i.e .50 the quicker it will make boost. the larger the hotside , i.e 1.06 the longer it will hold it for . its not a exact science but may help you make a choice .. google is your friend, google turbo sizing .
  17. dan its all about what you plan to run and how much scope for the future you need. turbo specs are purely personal prefrence .. without a doubt the larger housing will make more power and for longer when pushed to high boost. they also affect how the boost comes in and for how long it lasts . smaller turbos spool quicker but dont last as long bigger units are visa versa go external wastegate , because as said , you can change them easily and manifod choice is much better. i gained nearly 30 bhp from my 3" exhaust , but i also have a 3" downpipe . 3" units do not have to be noisy , as you no i
