    average time was just below 13, so the 12.5 may have been a good run, i had owned the car 5 years through many diff stages, and tbh ive been going to the pod since i passed my test , some 15-16 years ago, so im well versed in launching the car.

    i ran 12.56 at the pod with my old vr6 turbo, no lsd, and not on 888's or slicks. i was making 17psi , using a united motorsports ecu. good times are down to alot of factors, but a good launch and 220ft time are essential , my terminal was always around 115-119mph , which would support a decent low 12 mid 11 if i could get a better launch. i now have a charged 4mo , so we will see how that works out

    so whats the difference, between your mates car and yours, if it works fine on his car , then it points to your hardware, not the ecu .. you need to check for airleaks, etc etc. also you say your removed your head.. are you sure the timing is correct ? again, if the ecu works fine on your mate car, then its not that.. and it would point to something you have done or havent .

    bungy why did you bother with the door, surley a piece of sheffields finest steel, through the webasto roof would be quicker and increase the value . jake shame on you for letting you mum drive a *axo ..

    thats it , as matt says, does the whole car from 1 touch .. which i prefer... and yep i think the anti hijack is a gay idea..i hate it.

    sorted the one touch unlock today.. and took off the anti hijack when the vehicle locks over 10/15mph shite.

    ah great news.. i may try that, but i am looking at an electronic version ,so adjustable from in car. and ben no probs , got a boost gauge today , just got some belt slip to eliminate

    i want set of 17's for track, my 18's are nice, but im feeling a change so will be up for sale once i have found some new rims

    or a bolt , id like to look into a diy haldex controller. i belive they are a dc stepper motor, so not beyond the realms of possiblity

    well im easy , i think iwas aiming for 2pm as per everyone else, so i guess im leavign colly around 1200-1230 can go a12/a120/m11 to trumpington and meet up with the rest of you guys if ya like

    power wise, not mass's more with the vortech, long term plans will involve a rotrex or turbo. its gonna see the track but its a big car and not a patch in the old one for outright speed, however i hope to improve the already good handling to make up for this

    yeah the wires are a necessary evil but you dont see them once ive fitted the cover and cable tied them back where they were

    cheers guys, first on me list is to sort the rear end out, de badge the fecker, and sort the rear valance, im gonna see about getting a boggo tdi,cl one, and measureing and cutting two 3" half circles to take the r32 pipes. then im taking a box or two out of the zorst, its way to quite even for me. charger will need looking at ( tony ) and ive been resoldering the stereo wires tonight, so i now have sound from two speakers, im guessing the others aint connected as it was running an amp, and its says JL on the front doors gonna grab meself a double din head unit aswell, as i have a factory fit

    ok so a few pics , and a list of things ive got to sort.. mainly its wiring, and re routing of pipes etc. its done 89000 ish miles and passed a mot all by itself. im not to sure on the vortech unit yet, and i may junk it on favor of more power pics as it is now
