  2. well its chalk and cheese since we took the giac/amd chip off . bit to ealry to tell as theres alot more to do , but id say it pull a bit harder, oviously the new upper manifold i grabbed from tony and th pulley will have helped. but the old adage of the engines only as good as the map, is very true . ive total confidance that woth some more development time, we will get it to its peak .
  3. ok ,so new pulley now on and another magic session from united motorsport . as normal we found a few things wrong as in aircon pump only on with one bolt , which wold explain why i had problem getting tension in the belt . on the up side 1 saw 10 psi last night on a logging run , so the pulley works, alhtough i do need to source a shorter belt as its on the limit of the adjuster . thankyou to tony for the help and matt from united motorsport cheers for your help guys i really do aprecia\te it

  5. compound charging on the 12v vr6 is probaly pointless .. as tbh to much trq will break things . a gt35/40 will make good power/trq in the right places as long as you get it with the correct housings.
  6. well id strip the head off for the 1 hour it will take , then you can replace the gasket and have the head pressure tested and skimmed if needed .
  7. gt40 is better , but you will still make good power/trq with a 35
  8. it may be a core plug gone if its pouring out . otherwise if there is no visbale sign of leaking , the main suspect would be the headgasket ..
  9. when does it make 2 psi ?? most vortech chargers including mine do not make there full boost until its fully wound up / or at the redline . mine only makes 2/3 psi up until 4k then builds progressivly . t the feed for the dump valve off the fpr , and the boost gauge of the brake booster pipe ( green nipple ) thats how i ran my old vr6 turbo .

  16. my body is temple and shame its a budda, but its taken me many years of abuse to get like it. it was damm hard and id like to congratulat myself. but on a serious note, going to the gym , looking after yourself, taking any performance enhancing drug is a choice . to each there own . ive done the whole gym thing, i used to run 5-6 k a day before doing a kickboxing session , ive done boxing and a few other things. ive now decide that im happy as i am ( a bit ove rweight witha bit of a gut ) but im happy. its no mean feat to train every day with a goal insight . its damm hard work and can be l
