    Sounds like it could need a new MAF mate. Try disconnecting it and see how it runs then. Won't be prefect but should run smoother if that's the issue. Certainly should show if that's the problem. Smoking could be something else altogether, is it using any water? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    I think someone on vortex did it once. Supposedly lose low down and get more at the top. I guess it all depends how much difference your hoping it'll make.     To be fair the dipstick doesn't reach the bottom of the sump so you're not quite looking for 5 litres, but At the same time a significant amount. Have you had a look around underneath, and checked if the bottom of the sump is covered. Maybe it's escaping under pressure only hence not much dripping when parked? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    I had the same problem. I ended up ripping the interior sensor control unit out and it's been fine ever since. Was located under the passenger kick plate. HTH. Might be worth just disconnecting it and see if it makes a difference? EDIT: sure I have the same alarm BTW Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
