    just a quicky, are the leads the same for dizzy and coil pack versions? if i got a set of leads removed from a coilpack type engine, would they fit my dizzy set up?

    i did notice that he was finding it hard to keep to his side of the road! which was a bit worrying!! i think he must of been a shite driver, and maybe he wasn't using the gears properly? i was changing at 6500 in every gear, and couldn't of gone any faster if i wanted...suppose its down to driver really? he was definitely trying..

    on my way home tonite i came up behind an evo 8, it was traveling at speed, followed it for mile or so. we then came to a rnd about, i thought if he went straight across i would follow since i knew the road was a open fast main rd, and wanted to know how my car would perform against it. sure enough he did! he hung back at first and then floored it, the race was on... he did at first get away from me in 2nd, but i soon gained on him. going through the gears there wasn't anything in it, which surprised me! by the time i changed into 5th i was sat on his ass, i knew the road went to dual carriage

    right i phoned gwent vw, the bloke swears they wil fit! so i looked at them again. i have two different fitting kits wit different size bolts! so that is no good. and even worse is that the struts are fucking different lengths! and one looks like its been fitted b4 and is all scratched!! ive took photos and will mail them when i get home. i just dont believe this, i should of brought the ones i seen at ed38 and cancelled the order instead of waiting over 2 weeks for them, their excuse being that they had a load come in and they were the wrong ones, and wouldnt fit!! no fucking shit!! sorry to

    the bolts in the kit are the wrong size tho!! fu*king shit they messed me around for 2 weeks as it is..i reckon they sent wrong ones!!

    i think mine was a FK one? mine fits nice. u shouldnt have any trouble with either, much the same.

    if the water hoses are pressurising then the head gasket could poss be gone..u can get a test done to prove this..

    ive just recieved my bonnet lifters i ordered.. the instructions are in german. i was just wondering wot holes u use, or if u drill new ones? has anyone got any photos of any fitted. thanks peeps...

    ive got a momo competition wheel in mine. its the same size as std one, just a bit chunkier! i love it, makes the car feel loads sportier...best thing is that it only cost me 20 quid (rrp 149)!!!!

    yeah same sort of thing. i found that moving limiter made gears longer, should be ok aslong as u dont drive like an idiot!! lol :-p
