    ok the side thats clicking sounds like the motor could be seized the other size ? best thing to do pop doen to halfors or similar a get a tester make sure your getting power to the size thats doing nothing or take the door cards off and unplug the motors a give them a direct feed then if nothig happen the motor must be nackerd and if the other side is seized you will be best to replace it.

    but then agian these are 400 at the mo plus the price of adapters and postage PHM what sort of price would i be looking a for a set that will fot direct in 16in as you have jus got a set what size are yours?

    cheers boys dont mind sticking with the 15in but 16in would have been better. never mind might buy them and way.

    im looking at getting a set of the above there currently 5x112 7J X 15 ET37 can these be made bigger buy just buying the outters for them i.e to 16in or 17in doubt i will be able to go to 17in but 16in should be ok correct me please.

    the dunlops have a very good side wall for streching ive got 205/40 on my tt comps and the dunlop looks slighty streched compared to the others so would look wicked in 195.

    yes mate the drive shaft needs to come out to remove it think there 30mm 12 point not the 6 sided as these tend to round the nut off.

    just got my self a neew alpine with the ipod connection etc nice bit of kit got if fairly cheap from caraudiosecurity.com they were the cheapest around and believe me i tryed every were

    yep same happend to mine i just put a spot of weld on it.i think it happens to most of the vr6`s and the gti`s as i have welded up a good few of them for customers.
