  7. charger for low ends , then switch to the turbo ( BIG one ) when you have spooled it up you'd need to find a way of cutting the charger out of the equation. its not possible to run both at the same time nor would it work to any benifit , say when the turbo eventualy spools up its gonna want to draw twice as much air than what the chargers drawing and it wont be able to drag it past the charger vica versa if its turbo then charger it cant force the air through the charger , and if the charger is still there its going to strangle it , basicaliy become a restriction . youd need to think of soe
  8. Charger all the way . Vf engineering
  9. i would send the cold air feed down the the front bumper , behind the O/S front grill . should squeeze past the carbon canister i think or between the alternator and the leg (with a squish) . wouldent worry about water , as bliner said you'd have to drive though a lot for it to suck any up into the engine .
  10. we use snap-on diagnostics , i wish we had VAG com ... all in good time though , but we have to do all makes and models . fuel pump relay is 167 stamped on it , I think , it was a while ago when i did one , it was on a 6N 16v polo . does it run of easy start??

  15. get a good course of diagnostics carried out matey :)thats would be a good place to start . the indicators flash when cranking? hazrds i assume? that sounds like possible immobilizer fault . if you havent got any form of diagnostics at hand and you want to narrow it down qucikly , try easy start if it runs of that you know its fuel related not spark at least gives you somewhere to start matey . hope this helps Liam
