  1. sounds to me like everyone is pretty committed to a change in attitude and to keep the club alive. i am still as enthusiastic about the club as ever and i know that there are enough friendly vr lovers on here to keep things good. quite often all it takes to sort out problems is a simple pm, and then it usually goes back to facetiousness (is that a word?) taken the wrong way. keep smiling (@)
  2. cool, thanks for the heads up on the shut down dude! change is good
  3. Here mainly coz it´s all i have time for, but also: psillobian.co.uk (check them out if you like stoner rock) club gti (hardly ever anymore) demonvw (normally just give it a read) (@)
  4. yeah, i hadn´t seen it, thanks for posting it han! rofl
  5. looks well nice chris, those wheels look awesome and i love the red contrast under the hood, it really sets that vr lump off superbly! nice one! (@)
  6. variation is good, the site is the vr6 owners club, not the mk3 only club. i love my mk3, and when the day comes i can afford a r32 (or r36 for that matter), i´ll still keep her for nostalgia! for now i´ll enjoy what i have. (@)
  7. woah, that guy is a good rider, i hope he´s wearing more gear than his mate though, t shirt and jeans meeting tarmac at over 200kmph would be nasty. (@)
  8. i wish i had an r32! i´ll have to hold off driving one, so my vr still feels like a dream. i wonder what the difference between r32 golf and w12 phaeton feels like? (hoping i get to find out first hand one day!) (@)
  9. driil the air box and make sure the vac pipe from the distributor isn´t leaky/broken/not attatched properly. good little cars the 205, definately fun to throw around. i used to have a 1.4 xs when i just passed my test and my bf had a 1.9 gti, a fresh oil change worked wonders in both cases. enjoy, (@)
  10. idiots. what did they think was going to happen, were they aiming to do that, at least they´re not setting fire to aerosols in a petrol station whilst freebasing.
  11. my mate liked to shove that dvd in my face (he is an avid fan of the 106 gti and him and his gf both have them), because the 106 handles better, til i pointed out my bilsteins and in that dvd the vr on stock sus still beats the 106 round the track anyway! vr6s will always be underrated, even i underestimated it´s driveability before i owned one. that´s cool tho like eat this said
  12. yup, grinning like a cheshire cat at that one! (@)
  13. yeah, was wondering ´bout all that! lol car looks really really nice, a massive improvement aswell. i´d love a syncro then i´d be forced to freshen that engine bay with a fat turbo....vvvwwmph tissch! what is the ´thing for in your house though´? it looks like a big wooden bong! (@)
  14. hehehe, that´s rubbish! love it!
  15. we need some more here and mk1 vr´s and mutant vr´s anything vr! variation is good (@)
  16. 1100 british pounds? bargain!
  17. nice one bud, those figures are almost exactly the same as mine! (but mine were timed with a passenger and a stopwatch!)
  18. charging cheaper, but more power from turbo, i´d agree with your prices too! Katie (@)
  19. i´m a schizophrenic and so am i! (@)
