    Just checked (bored) and the shell web forum says they have no plans to introduce it to the Uk at the moment (that was posted last April though) other countries also have it such as Ireland and Holland but the Octane rating in those countries for V-Power is 95 !dodge less than Optimax! So at the moment its looks like we'll all be using Optimax unless we go to Germany to get some 100 RON V-Power! We probably will get it eventually but as usual were the last to get anything.

    I've not seen it anywhere in England - saw it for the first time last week as I drove to Germany, at first I thought it was just a different name for Optimax but then I realised it was 100 RON - I'll see if I can find out from the shell website when we might be getting it.

    Whilst I was driving through France & Germany last week I noticed Shell are doing a new kind of Optimax called V-Power, its 100 RON as opposed to Optimax's 98 - has anyone tried it? I was driving a Zafira diesel so couldnt x) Wanna know if it'll be ok to use and give me a bit more bang for when I go to the ring in June

    They look the nuts! I've got the same wheels but didnt know which model they were or that they'd look that good cleaned up! Mine are a mess - getting them done in a couple of weeks - couple of weeks too long now I've seen what they will look like!

    I'll get the guys that usually work on my car to check it out & I'll definately get it done if it is teh chain - much rather shell out for that than a new engine! It does seem to quieten down once the engine is hot so could be just the tappets - I'll get it checked!

    Ha ha! Didnt notice I'd typed that! Just for the record - I got some autoglym paint renovator, colour magic and some Autoglym 'Extra Gloss Protection' and done the whole car with the it all and it looks almost showroom condition now! Grill/Bumper & splitter are gonna need respraying but I wont get the done til I'm back from the ring

    Oooh mine has the same top end rattle !dodge Mines a P reg with 66k miles on it - taking it to the Nurburgring in June so if it is the chain/tensioners Im gonna get them done before I do a 1500 miles trip where I'll be pretty much flat out most of the way!

    Hi! Im thinking of getting my cat & the silencer after the cat removed just leaving 2 sebring silencers (one of those being the back box). Anyone had 1st hand experience of what this would do/be like? At the mo I have masses of induction noise and would like some sound out the back end too!

    Good idea - I find that the poppers on my jeans scuff the seats up - not much but I could do without it!

    www.eurothrash.com This is something that myself and a group of friends organised last year and it was something I will never forget! The new websites just gone up and bookings are being taken for this years trip - prices may seem a little steep but bare in mind that the cost is roughly £500 per person based on 2 people per car. This includes all ferries, accomodation and entry to see the Le Mans 24 Hour race (these tickets are over £100 alone) Plus a trip to the Nurburgring. If you want a piece of the Gumball action for a fraction of the cost then this is for you! 8)

    The last owner of my car ran the cat through the car wash a few times and now the paint has brush marks and swirls in parts of it - anyone know of a product that will remove all these? I have heard of something thats meant to work wonders but have forgotten the name of it! :@

    Hi guys! If your in the Kent/Essex area and arent sure who to use to get your ice/alarms/tracker etc fitted I used this bloke & he was brilliant! Its his own mobile company & he took a real pride in his work and was the cheapest of all the people I rang. I couldnt find a fault in it, usually theres something that I can pick up on but I couldnt tell he'd been and done his stuff really apart from a couple of cable trimmings on the floor!     Hi guys! My car has a misfire between 2-3k Rpm and when I turn right for some reason if Im accelerating around roundabouts etc - Its really annoying on motorways because if Im cruising in any gear between 2-3k Rpm the car starts juddering and I lose power - I have to take it out of gear, rev it and then its ok & it might not happen for a while. It sounds like its something silly & electrical! Coil pack? I posted this in another post by mistake yesterday :@

    Hi guys!     I had a laptop for sale on ebay and got an email from a Nigerian saying he wanted 5 of them & was going to pay me by 'Western Union' etc - I mailed him back a few times for a laugh to see if I got replies & I did - I just ignored him in the end. He never actually bid on my item though

    spare central locking pump unit for 97 VR6 I'll trade it for cash! Its a bit late I know but I've just got in after spending all day looking for one and realised that I might be able to pick one up tomorrow at the meet.
