  1. I hate my job so much i told the to stick it up there arse!! Walked out and now havin a cup of tea.. Job centre next Lol!
  2. It worked so well Shaun it blew off my fuel hoses when it boosted up!! Now ive turned it down and gone for braided hoses all round,dont want to sit there with the fire extingisher again on the side of the road!! :@ Cheers Focker-out and sparkz
  3. Well I removed the old FPR and fitted on the new Begi RRFPR and it rises properly not like the old one ! It also had no pressure gauge so I took it off the old FPR and drilled and taped the Rail and fitted the gauge,looks and works well. Went for a drive,blew the fuel hose off on the side of the road as I used the stock VW spring clips were the rubber attaches to the plastic hose from the tank! Not good news when there is fuel everywhere and a hot turbo ! But I had a fire extinguisher ready at hand,sorted that problem and then set the boost to 11psi with this cheap manual boost controller th

  5. Check the ignition is working and battery voltage plus connections. Do you have an imobilizer fitted? Oh and Welcome.
  6. Have you removed the fan baelt and started it up to rule out the water pump,Alternator and power steering pump?

  8. Ive changed many VR motors with failed top guide and then chain failure. My advise is if the motor has 100k plus ...change the pad for the later MK4 pad or end up with a trashed engine.

Thanks for the replys Its not finished yet as im trying to save for a house so the Raddo is on hold :-( It is a GT35/40 R and i got the exhaust manifold off Tom off here Hoping to push out some big numbers once a few more things are done,got spare 2.8 block waiting to be bored out to a 3 litre and a spare box to be rebuilt with LSD of some sort.   12. It was running 305 bhp with 290ft/lb with the charger and the turbo install is not finished yet,sorting out managment for it then i can get it on the rollers !
  13. Hello all,just decided to do a members page as i havent done one yet.   14. I ground down the calliper housing on the fronts to clear the front wheels,don't be alarmed about the grinding down as it was more like trimming
  15. Why not have a bit of fun,you spend all this cash on modding and my aswell show it off.After the race its good to talk about each others mods ect.Its all FUN !

  17. My car goes from a Corrado to a Carrera with a flick of a switch(100bhp of N.O.S ) normal everyday car animal when you need it !amazed All for under 500 quid ...best bang per pound and I've been using it for over two years now without reliability issues 8o)
