  1. As above i suspect i have a faulty ecu but would like to try it on a working car....it will tack 10min max! Booze or money is offered! Cheers James
  2. bastards! thats why i drive a shitty daily and keep the toy locked up only to come out on sunny days where i can keep an eye on it when its parked up. Sad but its so true.
  3. try jump start it first, its sounds like aflat battery.
  4. its a stronger 6 speed bix,its big and heavy and needs mounts to suit it,but they are fitted to the 4wd variance with the VR type bell housing....but it has a transfer box on....thats the problem. I dont know if the transfer box can simply unbolt and you can fit a normal drive shaft in?
  5. yea the o2j bolts straight it but has no speedo drive as it takes it off the abs,so you would need to swap your original housing over.
  6. 02a mate but an 02j would fit too but hard to find one and its six speed.! Any box from a VR6 model will fit mate bar the later 24v's but they can be fitted but its not a straight in and out job.
  7. a right, thanks! Should have looked at your sig first lol!
  8. yip...they have been fitted incorrect or the cam sensor wheel trigger is on the wrong cam or left off.
  9. 2.9 24v? whats that all about then>? Nice numbers!
  10. To give you a idea of power my old supercharged raddo, that was intercooled and had 8.5.1 CR running 11psi got 305hp and 295ft/lb
  11. yea but yours has extra kick up the arse to get there :-p
  12. its worth it bud, runs as smooth as silk.
  13. Most of my speeding is done on her majesty's highway.
  14. as kev said, you have OBD2 so its a chip and maf and that will see you to the 400hp+ mark and it will run super smooth! no idle issues etc. I was going to go standalone as the corrado was obd1 but after i read nothing but good from C2 i gave it ago and its the best thing ive done to my motor....plug and play fun.
  15. this should help bud. http://www.a2resource.com/electrical/CE2.html
  16. you cant use it the other way as the adapters are contersunk for the bolts to fit the obd2 throttle body say you can fit OBD1 throttle body to OBD2 inlet manifold.....how are you going to make it idle? Why are you doing this swap?
  17. probably need a custom one, plus you would need a vacum port for the idle valve if your using this?
