  1. That looks really mint, makes me want to put my stock wheels back on. Make sure you get some new pictures wit the new wheels.
  2. They look nice, what don't you like about them.
  3. Damm you Roan :@ Just ordered the lot , I've been trying to avoid that forum. As it always ends up costing me money. LOL
  4. Still not convinced with this shampoo, I need 8lt's of water to wash my car. And putting 5ml of shampoo in the mix, can't be enough to give good lubrication.
  5. My front electric window has stopped working, after coming back from Inters. I can hear it click inside the door, when you press the switch so I assume the power is getting there. Now if the whole motor and mechanism is faulty, how do I lower the glass so I can loosen the window clamps?
  6. You can make it so it takes the eye off it, so it doesn't stand out as much. But it will always be there so to speak. Or you could try filling the scratch with paint, then depending how brave you are you could try using wet and dry to flatten it. Then polish .
  7. Also just moved your post to a more appropriate section.
  8. But what size is the bucket supposed to be? As I can't see written in the text anywhere.
  9. I was working, honest. LOL How's it going Jay, you going to Inters this weekend. Send us a text if your going on the Saturday.
  10. Removed your link as it wasn't going anywhere. But I assume you mean these wheels
  11. Pics please!!!!!!! Are they factory fit?
  12. Just moved you post to the appropriate section. Nice Raddo, by the way
  13. I'm doing the shown and shine for the Saturday only, as I will probably go out on bender on the night, so don't think I will be in the mood for doing the full cleaning again. So will probably just park it on the club stand on the Sunday. Doubt if it will win anything, but I enjoy it so it doesn't matter. LOL Claire, Rafiq Jamal VR6 OWNERS CLUB - SAT That's my mate who booked our tickets online for me.
  14. Which lights are you on about here, the ones for the heater controls? Or something else.
  15. I'm there for the Saturday and a maybe for the Sunday. What about you Pete
  16. Has the car been parked up for long, I would scan it on Vagcom first to see if there are any faults. And also take it for good hard run and then take it back for a re-test.
  17. The gear knob and gaiter, is a one piece item from eaby, it illuminates green for the shift pattern. But you can get it to illuminate in other colours. It's not cheap though, cost me about £60 from German ebay, but I did have £10 voucher form ebay as a loyal customer. So wasn't to bad, it's a nice piece of kit and well put together, well happy with it. I've also replaced all the bushes in the gear shift, and cut it down 15mm or so, It does feel a lot tighter and precise in the gear shift.
  18. Didn't know about this but do now. Can't wait for this weekend.
  19. Not really, but try to drill as many holds as you can, I used a 3mm bit and did about 4-5 holes. Then used the cutters to cut it out, and small screw driver for stabbing and prodding. You will just have to give it a go, as I had 2 attempts at it. LOL.
  20. When you buy the Mk4 chrome button it comes like this. It cost me a total sum of £2.98. Part number 1J0 711 323 D2Z Then you've to get the chrome button off, but it doesn't just pull off. I had to use a running drill, and some small cutters to drill it and cut it out, you have to be careful with it as its all made out of plastic. You then end up with this 8-| You then have to file the original handbrake down so the Mk4 chrome button goes over it, nice and tight. and then you end up with this And with the Recaro seats
  21. Bought a another one and got the button off, well chuffed. Now just need to modify the the Mk3 handbrake.
