    i think they all do it. i leave mine idling and don't drive it till it stops..no particular reason - i just do.. gives it a chance to warm up slightly and for the oil to get everywhere before moving it..

    NGK plugs anyday ... genuine plugs are ngk with vw stamped on the side !!!!! pay the extra money and get the platinum ones , they are well worth it!! genuine number is 101 000 035 AH NGK IS BKR5EKUP ...

    just keep going mate , when you get bored and your arms really really hurt you are about half way there!!!!!!! the longer you take the better the end result ..... make sure you use each grade of sandpaper long enough to remove the scratches from the previous grade, after a while it will look like brushed aluminium... then you are nearly ready to polish with autosol or belgom.... good luck
