    Does the schrick VSR manifold rely on the VR6's Idle Stabilisation Valve to switch over? Just wondering because I disconnected mine to get better performance..

    If you buy this kit off your mate. Take his sump as well. It'll save a hell of a lot of time faffing with the oil feed.

    Is your flap change set to 3,500rpm Jules? Also.. whoever asked why people redline their cars.. after you've looked at Peak Torque, check out the Power Plot dude. Faster the crank goes, more boost the charger supplies!

    Yes but the question still is.. how can you mess around with the camber and alignment on your drive? What do you mess with or hit with a big hammer?

    Andrew. I drove 20k miles like that last year. With the charger on. Several Pod Sessions. Race meets ect ect. I changed my clutch recently and guess wot? The clutch I took off (The ORIGINAL clutch) had at least another 100k on it. VR6 Clutches are indestructable (almost). If I can't break one.. no-one will.

    I find more bite, less throttle is much better way to launch. I'm running a reasonably powerful VR now and find it's always to much gas that causes wheelspin. For a good start try being right on the biting point with the HANDBRAKE on. Then again.. I'm still working on my starts.. so don't take too much notice!

    Yeah I bought the kerbed ones. The tyres were like new apart from where his rear arches have rubbed the edge away. So that's £240 worth of rubber alone. I didn't pay much more for the lot, Just need to find some centres now. I've tidied the rims up for the time being, the rears are on, and although I wasn't sure.. they look the nuts. Pics coming soon.

    Mina. Mine rarely goes over 90 and I don't have an aftermarket oil cooler. You sure your charger doesn't help with cooling? Mine has seemed to since it was fitted.

    I've heard plenty of horror stories pointing the finger at these guys. I phoned for one of their catalogues and that took 6 weeks to arrive!
