    just2zang a chip will cost £250 + vat, then to fit this you need to take the ecu to a electronics company where they can take the old chip out then put in a chip socket. Then you can put the new chip in and take it out when you sell the sc. (Electronic company will charge per pin on the chip, 44 pins) Make sure you use 4 bar fuel pressure regulator and a one way valve on the pipe that goes to the carbon canister. P.S. Vince at stealth can order the chip.

    mr2 turbo, I wouldn't worry. The bloke driving thought I would struggle to keep up on a track day. Lapped him in 15mins

    vwmadgirl, oil catch tank is the best way which is £100 from demon tweeks, otherwise replace it. I wouldn't recommend the pipex thing as they are crap and won't do the job right. P.S. There's probably a few fella's on here that couldn't change a wheel, let alone open the bonnet !amazed

    Simon I highly rate them for road use but on track I feel I need stiffer springs. Bare in mind I'm running 205/50/R15 wheels, I've had 205/40/R17's on and adjusted the damping a little softer to cater for less body from the tyres to give a tight smooth ride. [ Edited Sun Apr 18 2004, 06:39PM ]

    VRmonster, turbo's all or nothing unless driven above 4000rpm which can't be done easily with auto box. Otherwise thats the route I'd take
