Yeah. They go for more than that on eBay... They come up all the time on there! Usually a push to get the injectors back in after but it's ok! Shame you don't get see much of it running standard manifold unlike a schrick!

Lol. My mk3 was standard obd2 with bmc and exhaust and got 201bhp. All depends how good the lump is!

Yeah mate. All gone. This all happened nearly 2 years ago now. They do occasionally ppp up on the bay and forums though!

Only aware on the Mason tech. I arranged for a group buy from a firm who made copies of them up, but everyone dropped out so they were sold individually and on eBay

Vr6's should be running 10-40 semi synthetic. Only ever run NGK's in my cars. A few charged people on here have had problems with Bosch

The black thing is the vacuum tank btw. I located mine under the scuttle pannel

I don't recall 2 hoses going into the vacuum line! On my schrick one line went into the vacuum, the other went into the solenoid which in turn hooked up to the flap. Never had any leaks. Oy problem I had was a sticky flap!

Sounds like your car is at the garage already for other work? Is it possible they are trying squeeze more money out of you? Just a thought!?

Well you won't have the brake compensator valve thingy on a 1997! Depends on the condition of your bushes.. I was lucky, mine fell out after a couple of whacks, but I've seen others take alot alot longer!
